Our internal United Way Programs fall into these areas below. Agencies are identifying these impact areas in 2024 applications for 2025 funding.

These agencies recieve funds through United Way Programs to provide specific basic needs assistance to clients. This is a brief list of frequently requested assistance, 2-1-1 maintains a complete database.

• Good Samaritan Food Pantry- for food.
• St Vincent DePaul- rent and utility assistance.
• Senior Resource Center- served meals
• Wayside Inn- homess shelter (serves Jennings County residents only)

• OVO Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8 - waitlist)

• Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network: www.877gethope.org
• Indiana Housing Resource website: www.indianahousingnow.org
• Indiana's Emergency Rental Assistance (IERA) and other related programs Emergency Rental Assistance.
• Community Partners for Child Safety (can NOT have an open DCS case)
• Some local churches offer assistance on a case by case basis
