Jennings County Assistance Network—CharityTracker CharityTracker is a web application for shared case management used to gather and report statistical data for resource development, strategic planning, measuring outcomes, reducing duplication and disaster relief. CharityTracker is a shared network that captures information about people experiencing need for emergency services, including but not limited to assistance with utility bills, food, medications, rent, shelter, financial education, budgeting, mentoring etc. A United Way funded initiative, CharityTracker promotes collaboration and communication between Agencies. As part of our commitment to helping ensure success, United Way provides support to the network—network meetings, training, Intake & Assessment, Software development—as well as covering the cost of license fees for appropriate agencies. Outcomes Module & Referrals Module allow allows agencies to share client goals, track progress and to better work together though a system to refer a client to other agencies, and check on the status of the referral. Interested agencies may request membership on the login page. They will be vetted before membership is granted.
