Agency Certifications- The Agency Certification Form must be submitted annually to be eligible to receive payouts, including designations. This certification is required in compliance with US sanctions laws, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption / anti-bribery, other counter-terrorism laws and 501(c)3 regulations. If certifications are older than 1 year, or not submitted, funds will be held until the form is renewed. Designations age out at two years, at that time the funds will be forfeited and released to the United Way general fund.

Agencies recieving designations through Jennings County United Way can access information about designations in our Agency Portal. United Way strives to fund programs that impact the quality of life in our community, and we request that you apply these funds directly to programs. United Way funds may not be used for long-term gains or capital expenditures, nor may they be used for any purpose other than charitable cause.
