Our United Way is powered by volunteers! We couldn't do everything we do, without the hundreds of volunteers who volunteer thousands of hours to make our progams work!

Volunteer opportunities are abundant!

• VITA Volunteer Income Tax Assistance One of the programs we need volunteers most is our VITA Program. We use volunteers in roles from Greeter or general help in the ofice, to preparing tax returns and reviewing tax returns. we provide the training for tax law and return prepartion FREE. • Financial Security Programs Volunteer as a mentor with basic budgeting and other skills or lead a workshop
• Disaster Relief When disaster stikes, our United Way steps up to coordinate relief and provide case manangement. Volunteer roles range from providing food or drinks to onsite general volunteer to case manager.
