10 YEARS OF VOLUNTEER INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE (VITA) We just completed our 10th year for our VITA Program. IRS certified volunteers prepare, quaity review and e-file income taxes free. The 2026 income guideline is generally $69,000 for single and $73,000 Married with kids. *NEW* Beginning this year, our VITA Program will be open on a limited basis all year by appointment. DOLLARS FOR SCHOLARS SCHOLARSHIPS United Way Dollars for Scholars Scholarships are awarded each year to help recognize academic achievement among a larger number of graduating students in Jennings County who have made the choice to pursue higher education. This year's recipients are Gwyn Lakins, Carol Vojkufka
