Mission:  To strengthen the community by mobilizing and connecting volunteers with opportunities to serve and by providing organizations with access to training and consulting services.

• Promote volunteer opportunities for organizations in the Eastern Panhandle
• Match volunteers with volunteer opportunities
• Promote volunteerism
• Plan community service projects
• Facilitate meetings for nonprofit organizations
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions
• Coordinate training for nonprofit organizations
• Help agencies identify training needs
