United Way believes that giving is a personal decision. Whether you wish to give and how much you choose to give are up to you along. No form of coercion is acceptable. Instead, we want every contribution to be given freely and based upon your desire to support our community.

Your Gift of $500 or more entitles you to membership in the Jefferson Society. Remember your gift to the United Way is 100% tax deductible. Thank you for giving!

Instructions

Step 1: Complete Personal Information
Name, email and day time phone number are required.

Step 2: Select Payment Method
Your choices for payment are Credit Card, Payroll Deduction, or Direct Payment.

• Credit Card - We accept Visa and MasterCard.
  
• Payroll Deduction - Enter the amount that you want to contribute each Per Pay Period, then select the number of Pay Periods in one year. Your Employer's name and Employer's Address are required.
  
• Direct Payment irobot roomba 550 review - Enter the Total Annual Amount, then choose to make a One Time contribution or a Quarterly contribution (each quarterly payment will equal the Total Annual Amount divided by 4).

Step 3: Designation Choices (Optional)
If you wish to choose the organization(s) which will receive your gift, complete the "Designated Choices" section as follows:

• United Way Community Service Funds help the most people possible.
  
• If you wish to choose Specific Organizations that are listed on our Agencies page simply select the agenc
  
• If you wish to give to an organization tha tis not listed in the leaflet, and that is tex-exempt under IRS Section 501 (c) (3), indicate the complete name and address of the organization and the annual amount of your gift which is to go to that organization.
  
• If you wish your name and home address released to the designated organization(s) you have chosen, check the authorization box.
